REPORT:

1) Class-A surface:

From the draft analysis on class A surface, it is very evident that all the top surfaces are greater than 3 degree.

This is concluded with the green color.

a) Final Plastic Component:

1) From the draft analysis on final plastic component, it is very evident that all the top surfaces are greater than 3 degree.

This is concluded with the green color.

2) Outer edges shown here in blue are having negative angle, hence they are highlighed with blue color.

3) Similarly bottom surfaces of the final component are in negative direction with respect to the tooloing axis hence they are highlighed with blue color.

4) Both the surface of the showing red color highlight, which means the draft angle is between 1 to 3.

This is true as the draft angle provided in the sweep coomand to create Class C surface is 3 degree.

But if the sweep is selected in other direction, this hole surface will also turn to blue to show negative draft angle.
