3-2-1 principle.

the 3-2-1 principle is generally used for arresting the 6 degree of feedom of the job.The 3 principle is used for 3 clamps clamps for arresting the required degree of freedom.The 2 locating pins units are used for arresting the 2 degree of freedom.the 1 is locator for arresting freedom .

3-2-1 principle is generally used for arresting the movement of the panel.the principle is generally used for designing the units and the units are designed according to that principle.

3D finishing of the units.

the particular unit mainly consists of various subunits like riser ,blade,l clamp,pin,pin retainer so to properly assemble the units the various hardware like bolts,shims are used for assembly of the unit.

bolts-The bolts like 6mm hexagonal head,8mm hexagonal head are used for clamping purpose.

shims-shims gives the room for adjustment of the unit properly so that it can be easily located during assembly.

dowel holes-the dowel holes are generally drilled in the units of various sizes like 6 mm,8mm for properly press fitting.the units with each other.

the dowels like 6 mm ,8 mm sizes are used for press fitting the units with each other.

locators.

locators are generally used for properly locating the component easily. the locators are used for locating the components properly.it ensures interchangeability.

the various sizes of locators are used according to size of the component.
