Week 7 Challenge

Hello sir,

I have already summited the previous design procedure of cavity block, core block, and sliders.

After watching your week 7 tutorials.

now, after watching tutorials,

I increased the slider part01 & slider part 02 by 10 mm. then I edit the cavity block and go to the insert command to insert slider 01 and slider 02.

after that, I went to go combine commands to subtract the sliders into a cavity block.

then I edit the core block, Sketch on the top face and go to extrude command to make the slider guide rail.

Then, I have inserted a new washer and bolt part in the assembly, after inserting the washer I went to go core block, then I edit the core and started sketching into the top face of the slider guide.

After creating the sketch went to the hole wizard command to create a thread & did off both sides.

After that, I went to the core block, I started sketching on the top face to create a sketch with a dia of 17 mm and then went to extruded cut command to cut off both sliders.

then, the sliders guide rail was overlapped into cavity block then, I went to cavity block and started sketching on the top face and went to extruded cut command to cut.

then I go to create a locking mechanism, the sliders guide had less thickness then I have to increase 10mm on each side.

then, I went to go core block, created the sketch of the flat surface, and went to extruded command to cut.

then I went to fillet command to give 3mm fillet of edges and did off both sides.

After that, I went to go slider to create the hole in the slider mechanism and to create a sketch on the face then I went to the cut command to cut.

lastly, I did the same procedure to make the second slider, slider guide, locking mechanism.
