explanation:

when we recevie the component very first analysis the draft and then draft is not provided give the drft angle. then proceed with the pating line , suppose the hole is provided give the shut off surface.create the surface plane and use surface trim option. copy the surface plane. to create core and cavity block use surface knit option to dothis. after creating this give cuboid block by using the boss extrude the option. to create the seperate block use cut with surface option. create the holes near the rib. use the core option.created the solid body. create circle with the concentric and cut extrude. create the insert block use the core and it become solid body.after finishing the part go to assembly. create two part files draw the give given sketch and boss extrude the component give the surface offset and cut with surface we create the core block. same procedure for cavity block. we have to create a slider for a mold part because

we have to take to close the undercut. for that we are creating a new part file. sketch the part file to create the new slider.by using the slider only we could split core and cavity this howthe slider works to give the stable one we have to create the washers . for that we have to create the new washer part file.
