AIM

to mesh the hood by using hypermesh

procedure

to download the hood in.hm format and insert to software

and hide that all parts except latch we can mesh one by one by this way its easy to understand and clear the error

and auto cleanup the area where the edges are complex to mesh

and give the washer split in the middle area after the process we can mesh the latch surface after the mesh we can check the elements are in the quality criteria by the value

if there is a error we can solve by quality index

there is option for every error

after all quality criteria checking the result is latch complete surface after that we unhide the other part so called hinge

to unhide the hinge and repeat the same process what we did in the latch repeat that

delete the solid part and extract the midsurface and autocleanup the complex area

bt we have two hinge so make it one by one and mesh the area and use toggle line for making the step clearly

and easy to the mesh surface one by one

after the latch and hinge now have to mesh the outer surface exactly what we did in latch and hinge delete the solid and extract the midsurface and outer surface is symmeterical and simple and its easy to mesh

by the symmetric components we will use reflect tool to use one side mesh and reflect the the meshed area to another area

after that we use to mesh the inner surface by this time its very complex setup have to mesh small area with one by one
