Week 5 Challenge : Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly

AIM: For the given model checking for geometrical errors, deleting unwanted surafces which are not needed & after clean up merging all 3 models. Also performing surface wrap for merged model with target length of 3mm.

Procedure:

• Importing the given model and deleting all unwanted  surfaces which looks unnesessary for that particular model. 
• Closing all open surfaces in oder to get a common volume.

• Performing same operations for other two models.
• merging all three models and checking for any geometrical errors and clearing the same. 

• Deleting all unwanted PID's by compressing.
• Staring with surface wraping giving target length of 3mm.
• after running surface wraping checking for any errors in model.

• checking for section view to check weather we have a common volume.

 Learning outcome: 

• Topo clearing on unwanted surfaces
• surface wraping.

Results: 

• Given models merged together and performed surface wrap for the same.

Conclusions:

• lesser the target length clearer the model after surface wraping.
