Week 5 Challenge : Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly

step 1 : using NOT command hide necessary parts in PID mode select them using box selection and delete them 

     

step 2 : close all openings using coons option delete the belt as thin surfaces can't be captured 

step 3 : delete unnecessary pipelines as they are not needed (repeat step 1,2,3 for gear box and transmission) compress              and delete all unnecessary PID 

step 4 : use file>merge command merge engine, gear box and transmission 

        

step 5 : switch to mesh deck long right click on wrap option and select constant length option 

step 6 : give target length as 3 mm select all PID and click move icon 

step 7 : click on run wait until surface mesh is ready
