Delete the right side half So that it can be brought back by using symmetry option After meshing is complete.
Start the topo of cleanup with Lower grill Use cut option to To create surfaces. That are unnecessary and With Delete it option.
Repeat the same with The lower grill Only only the external end envelope is required for CFD analysis other than that the internal volumes can be deleted
the inside part of the headlight and mirror can be deleted and formed as a single volume the internal projected surfaces of the side glass can also be deleted
the interior surfaces of the tire has to be deleted
once the topo clean up is completed the Pid to be assigned appropriately with relevant names
then once PID is being assigned on the top of the can be switched to two mesh deck here the length for all multiple surfaces has to be assigned using length command first select the required PID and isolate them now select them click on length command on perimeters select the entire PID and assigned mesh length respectively repeat the same for macros once done the next step is meshing
use spot mesh option for creating a mesh the mesh characteristics are tria with respective length of machine the quality criteria should be selected as minimum maximum and skewness which are respectively given in the image once these criteria are being set select spot mesh and give visible visually as per the PID
once the meshing is completed the wind tunnel has to be created at at twice the distance from the base and five times the distance from the top surface the respective measurements are given in the image and then a surfaces to be needed to be formed using the curves Use the coons option to close the curves enclose the entire car with individual surfaces Assign them PID and switch to volumetric MESHING DECK here analyze the area and delete the unnecessary areas except one single volume as the machine would take so much time the submission has been done with this model only
