Week 5 Challenge : Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly

Aim:

To check for the geometrical errors and delete surfaces which are unwanted for Surface wrap as shown in the videos. After clearing geometry, Merge all 3 models and perform surface wrap.

Procedure:

1 Clear the all unwanted ring surface present in 3 diagram and clear the all triple in coon in the top surface.

2.create a new coon in the all open surface.

Result:

Merge all the 3 digram one by one using merge option.

Meshing:

By using wrap option mesh the above diagram.

2. double click the constant wrap octree ready

3.then give parameter and choose entity and give mesh distance and run.

Conclusion:

Surface wrap is done by removing unwanted surface and merging the parts.
