Week 5 Challenge : Surface wrap on Automotive Assembly

AIM:

For given the model to check the geometric error and delete the unwanted surfaces after merge the three given model to perform surface wrap

PROCETURE :

STEP 1:

Download the model in dashboard 

first select the engine and check the geometric error and delete the unwnated surface

STEP 2:

Delete the unwanted surface 

step by step delete the all unwnated surface and rings 

STEP 3:

now outer surface clear the geometric error 

and fill the gaps and merge the craks 

below the image the single and trible cones are solved in over the surface 

STEP 4:

at the same proceture followed by Gearbox to delete the unwanted surface and clean the geometric error

STEP 5:

transmission parts also clear by extra surface and geometric error 

STEP 6: 

After finishing the three models using the merge option to merge the three models 

STEP 7:

in this stage fill the all openings using the fitted option

STEP 8:

to use the mesh element wrap tool to wrap the given model

for 3 mm length

CONCLUSION:

To the given model was 3 mm length surface wraped succesfully
