Week 4- Rolling operation

Objective:

1. To find the Equelent stress of the whole copper rolling set up.

2. Equelent plastic strain for the workpiece.

3.Directional deformation in the z axis of the workpiece.

4.To prove the workpiece displaced 90mm.

Equivalent stress:

The Maximum Equelent stress in this copper rolling is 3110.8 Mpa.

2.Equivalent Plastic Strain on the work piece: 

Equivalent Plastic Strain on the work piece is 1.70

3.Directional deformation in the z axis of the workpiece.

Directional deformation in the z axis of the workpiece is 6mm.

Workpiece Displacement: 

Max displacement is 84.5mm.(Video attached)
