Week - 4 - 2D meshing for Plastic components

Aim- To clear topological and cad error, extract midsurface and mesh the component according to quality criteria.

Procedure-

1. First we individually do topo on every component.

2. Then we do geometry checks from tools and do auto fix.

3. Then we create midsurface by offset option. Some surfaces will be copied and rotated after creating COG points. 

4. Then before jumping onto mesh we do proper cuts on the model for better mesh flow and assign mesh parameters and quality criteria.

5. Then we do mesh and reconsturct according to needs to organise mesh flow, use splits, paste, align etc.

6. since we model each surface by offset we need to create pids for surface accordingly.
