Week 12:Project 2-Meshing of Rear Wheel Holder challenge

Objective - To mesh, rear-wheel holder, in hypermesh by extracting mid surface properly.

Procedure:

1. First we import the cad, and extract mid surface for it by offset+sweep+planes option.

2. the geometrical errors have to be fixed manually and hence geometry cleanup is performed.

3. After this in criteria we set appropriated criteria setting as asked under problem statement.

4. Now we start with the meshing of the components. We start with the difficult portion first and move outward with the flow.

5. After clearing mesh flow issues, we jump on to clear element qualities and start clearing that one by one

6. After quality cleanup, the mesh is checked for Normals, free edges, duplicates.

7. aFTER CROSS CHECKING EVERYTHING WE, ASSIGN property and material to the mid surface component.
