Week 3 Sheet metal Bending challenge

Objective:

To run and find the total deformation, stress and strain of the of the sheet metal bending with three different workpiece materials namely Aluminum alloy 1199, Copper Alloy and Magnesium Alloy. 

Model: 

Mesh:

Used 1mm mesh in the workpiece.

Case 1: 

Aluminum Alloy 1199:

Total Deformation:

The total directional Deformation is 1.776mm in the Aluminum alloy1199 material.

Stress: 

Total Stress is 2.22Mpa in the Aluminum Alloy 1199 Material.

Equielent Elastic Strain:

The euivalent Strain is 1.11.
