SOLUTION:

1)

For given EV_defaults_in file, the cargo mass is 500kg, the total mass is 1508kg for Ev vehicle,

the vehicle travels only 17.77 km. this shows the vehicle cannot travel for 45 km with CYC_FTP at total mass 500 kg.

SOLUTION 2)

By changing the battery capacity to pb- ESS_PB25_, the vehicle can travels 11.5 km distance

fig1.shows the driving cycle and fig2. shows state of charge, its decreasing from 100 %

SOLUTION 3)

The gradeability of PRIUS_JPN_defaults, is 1.7 % as plotted below.
