in this EV_defauts_in is selected as a load file and enter a cargo weight of 500kg.

then in drive cycle we selected FTP drive cycle by selecting we have to run drive cycle.

by run the drive cycle for 17.8km we got this output for 45km we have to run the cycle 3 times.

by running the cycle 3 times total distance 41.4km we get to know the vechile will not complete the travel.

2. In the above case, try changing the battery capacity and repeat the simulation.

we increase the battery power to 45kw from 25 kw.

by increasing the battery capacity the vechile can run to 53.3km.

3. Perform gradeability test with PRIUS_Jpn_defaults_in file

Compare your results in table and conclude.

load the file with PRIUS_jpn_defaults_in.

by setting gradebility values

gradebility at 16.1km/h is 50.4%

gradebility for 32.2kmph is 50.2 % for 40 sec

gradebility at 48.3kmph is 29.7% for 40 sec

the gradebility at 64.6km/h is 24.5%

conlusion : as the speed increases the gradebility decreases
