Week 2 Challenge : Surface meshing on a Pressure valve

Aim

To verify the Pressure valve meshing through PID model.

Procedure

• Open the Pressure valve model through the Ansa software
• Next model will be do that Topo cleanup.
• And then model will start mode.
• PID means specifically identificaton that model.
• Using the shell option.
• Give the separate colour each part.
• Next we are starting mesh parameters.
• Give dimension 1mm,3mm,5mm.
• Using spot mesh pressure valve surface is meshed.

Conclusion

To verify that pressure valve surface that meshing through PID model.
