Question 1:

Doorbell model created using solenoid as shown below

Step 1:

using Battery and solenoid circuit created as per diagram in question

Step 2:

Switch is added to turn on doorbell only for 2 seconds using signal builder

Step 3

Using translation motion sensor bell displacement measured

Results:

As shown below as door bell displacement for 2 sec when switch is on

Question 2:

Thermistor is used to sense temperature and control fan on/off depend on its output voltage as shown below model:

Step 1:

Repeating Sequence is used in model to given varying tempeture with sample time of 10

Step 2:

This repeating sequence is given as input to variable temperature source which is then connect to thermistor

Step 3:

Thermistor is connected to battery resistor circuit to measure volatge corresponding to change in temperature

Step 4:

using voltage measued as controlling signal fan switch is on and off and connected to lamp for indication

Results:

When Temperature greater than 25 (298 in kelvin) Fan Switch is on
