Week 14 challenge

Butterfly Valve Assembly

i have created all Parts of Butterfly Valve and Now i have to do assembled all parts and make assembly of Butterfly Valve. first created on assembly with name Butterfly Valve assembly. after opening of Assembly window, opened assemblies tab we get there Command Add Component and New Component. i recalled Previously made parts by using Add Component.

here all parts came here with meshing each other . se we have to move them from each other. so here is Move Component command is Available. i set each component with The Help of Move Component at near by part where it is getting assembled.




now i have to give Constraints to parts. To give Constraints we have Command Assembly Constraint. under that we have option of infer center Axis, touch ,Align etc. then given Constraint to all parts.

Drafting with GD&T Application:

first created A1,A2,A3 datum target Area with 0.25 mm flatness and Datum A. then Define three holes of one side with perpendicularity and potiotoion within 0.25 mm with Datums and then defined second side three holes.
