BUTTERFLY VALVE

This valve is used in industries to control the flow of liquid.Here we assembled all parts in this valve together using different constraints in Nx cad software

2D DRAWINGS

Here we provide datum target area of 60mm diameter with flatness 0.25mm in datum A.Perpendicular and position tolerances are also provided with respect to thier datums.

Here datum A is represented and profile tolerance is given to control thickness with respect to datum A.

Here position tolerences are given in each holes with respect to datums of holes in opposite side

CONCLUSION

Thus Butterfly valve is designed and GD&T is provided for its 2d drawing.
