Week 14 challenge

Report :

- This is the Product formation exercise.

- All the individual parts of Butterfly valve are to be assembled.

- First, all of them are copied into a new CATProduct file.

- Constraints are used as per requirement.

- Parts are moved usind Move option with respect to different axes. 6 degrees of freedom.

- All these need to be used properly to achieven required product.

- The above figure shows finally obtained CATProduct.

- Different colours are used to make identifying of parts easier.

- After part body, dimentioning and tolerancing is done for the assembly.

- The above figure shows Drawing and dimentions n tolerances of assemble among the parts.

- Here, perpendicularity is used between handle and valve cylinder to ensure proper rotaion of handle wihtout damage.

- Cylindricity, radius and few other tolerances are used to ensure every fit is made perfectly and none of the parts dislocate after rigorous usage.
