Week 12:Project 2-Meshing of Rear Wheel Holder challenge

OBJECTIVE: To create the mid-surface and mesh for the given geometry.

PREREQUISITES:

1. Creating a criteria file for meshing elements.
2. Extracting Mid surface for sheet metal component.
3. Creating Material card.
4. Creating Property card.
5. Quality checks for mesh surface.

GIVEN GEOMETRY:

EXTRACTED MID-SURFACE

Go to geometry>>Mid surface>>Auto extraction

Dont forget to delete solids before extracting Mid surface.

CLEAN-UP GEOMETRY

1. Before and after extracting the mid surface, had to stich and remove unwanted lines.
2. Remove Pinholes and non necessary fillets.
3. Create a criteria file. Prefrence>Criteria file settings
