Week 12:Project 2-Meshing of Rear Wheel Holder challenge

Aim- To mesh the given component

Objective- to mesh the fiven component with the following element criteria

Procedure-

1. Import the component

2. Delete all the unrequired surfaces and merge all the surface to one collector.

3. Repair for the faulty edges and surface by using the quick edit tool in the geometery menu. Eliminate all the free edges.

4. Delete the small buttons.

5. After the surface repair and clean up build the mid surface for the component.

6. Repiar the midsurface Edges and surfaces which are faulty.

7.After the midsurface clean up go for the meshing of the component set the meshing criteria in the preferences.

8. mesh the entire midsurface and repair for the failed elements with the quality index tool and 2d mesh tools.

9. Biuld the material and property card with the thickness value of 0.75 mm and assign both to the component.

Result- The given component is meshed succesfully with zero element failure.

Conclusion- In this project we have succesflly generated the mesh for the given component and created the material and property card for the same and assigned to the component.
