Week 12- Final project

REPORT BY TOOLING AXIS :  

                              Here is 4 part and every part is different. So every Tooling axis creates a different method.

The tooling axis creates method.

                                               1. Bisecting method.

                                               2. Point and direction method. ( At first, check the component whose direction is visual on all surfaces and create a point any curve then create a line with this point and direction is visual direction.)

  

REPORT BY DRAFT ANALYSIS

 The draft allow part reject or eject from the mold. The draft analysis is to identify the draft angle of the part.

 

       CLOSE PART:-Minimun draft angle is 3 deg.Here the 4 close part draft angle is 2.9 deg is accept.

     

      HEAT STAKE:- Minimun draft angle is 0.5 deg. and the given part green indicate 0.4 deg.

       DOG HOUSE :- The dog house out side wall minimun darft angle is 1.5 deg. and the given part green indicate 1.4 deg.

And inside wall minimun darft angle is 0.5 deg. and the given part green indicate deg.
