BOM(bill of material) is the list of no parts the various units of BIW fixture .

BOP(bill of parts) are the no of bought parts to be brought from the standard list like cylinders tunkers.

BOM(bill of materials).

the bill of materials are the no of child parts of the units it mainly consists of units it mainly consists like bolts,allen screws,and other hardware parts .

Hardware parts are mainly the no of extra parts require for the assembly.

steps for creating BOM for units.

creating the drafting of the units.

1.Nomenclature of no parts of units.

the parts of units are created and given no of name.

2.properties tab is used for naming the parts.

the no of parts are named according to requirements.

3.drafting the units.

the units are drafted.

4.BOM based onthe requirements.

the BOM based on part no,drgno,quantity,dimensions and the requirements for selection is decided.

5.BOM is created for the unit.
