Week 12 Challenge

for last challenge i got 85/150 and in this challenge i correct the errors occured in the last challenge please check those oncce

in this challenge i add ejector pins, ejector plates, cooling systems, vents, runner and gating systems

EJECTOR PINS AND EJECTOR PLATES

• In the creation of ejector plates and ejector pins get the core block into sketching mode and draw the reqired sketch on it, and using extrude cut commond to create ejector pins. and made the D heads for all ejector pins
• And then get the one of the ejector head into sketcher mode and draw the rectangles of total core block length and extrde it to create to ejector plates.

RUNNERS AND GATINGSYSTEM

• In order to create runner get the cavity block into sketcher mode and darw the powring basin and sprue and convert the sketch into solid by exrude bossbase commond from features
• Now exit from sketchermode and get the core block into sketch. and draw the runner and gating sketchs w.r.t their dimensions and create them using extrude boss base

VENTS AND COOLING CHANNELS

• In order to create the vents in body, get the core into sketch mode and draw the required shape for vents and create it into feature by extrude commmond
• Then remove it by combine commond in direct editing face. to get the print of vent on core block
• Finally to create the cooling channels by hole wizard commond in required places.
