- firsty, import fie into the solidworks software and save it as .sldprt and then cick on mold and then select draft anaysis.
- after that, select the perpendicular face and then on draft analysis. now,select yellow surfaces and select on apply.
- then,cick on scale and givethe value of 1.006 as shrinkage value.
- after that cick on parting lines,select the lower face and click on ok.
- now seect the parting surfaces,and give its value as 100
- made one copy of the parting surface and click on ok.
- then merge the respective body and surfaces and save them seperately as core and cavity surfaces
- now select the lower surfaces and click on sketch now drawa rectangle and padit upper and lower side made core and cavity blocks with cut surfaces commond.
- hide the cavity block and made inserts and
- after that drag the file into assembly face and made sliders on cavity bock
