We create it by offsetting the Class A Surface by the thickness value i.e. 2.5mm and by fixing the irregularities of the offset surface.

We fix the gap by creating a boundary and then creating a sweep surface

Now, we will create the Class C surface with respect to the Class A Surface

We join Class A surface with the Class C Surface and then trim it with the Class B Surface

Class A + Class C Surface

Class A + B + C Surface

Check for open boundaries

Switch to Part Design and convert the surface into closed surface

Now, we proceed with the Doghouse creation

Now, we assemble the closed surface and the Dog house and perform Draft Analysis
