Week 11:- 2D Detailing Challenge 2

AIM:

To create a 2D drawing for each clamp unit with all child parts and also create a child part drawing for the same for the fixture assembly created in challenge 8.

To create a 2D drawing for each pin unit drawing with all child parts and also make child part drawing for the same for the fixture assembly created in challenge 8.

DETAILING PROCEDURE:

Here we are detailing each and every part of the unit.

The first sheet always shows isometric views of the unit or it will be based on the customer's requirement but mostly every part drawing is done in a single sheet.

Clamp Mylar and Rest Mylar always go through the heat treatment process to harden the Mylars. Because this is the only part that touches the panel as well Pin also.

Layout drawing is the most important drawing because all the procurement and assemblies are working based on the layout drawing.

CONCLUSION:

2D drawing for each clamp units with all child parts and also create child part drawing for the same for the fixture assembly created in challenge 8 and 2D drawing for each pin units and rest units drawing with all child parts and also create child part drawing for the same for the fixture assembly created in challenge 8 has been done.
