Week 10 - Challenge 3 - Door Trim Lower with Engineering Features

REPORT BY TOOLING AXIS 

   This tooling axis created by Y direction because the Y direction are visual the all surface.At frist i created a point in any of the cruve in class a surface then used by a line point and direction . point is there and the diection in Y direction. this the line is the main tooling axis.

REPORT BY DRAFT ANALYSIS

        The draft allow part to reject or eject from the mold. The draft analysis is to identify the draft angle of the part.

           1. DOOR TRIM:-   The minimum darft angle 3 deg. In the given part Green indicate the 2.6 deg and Blue indicate the negitive value.

          2. 4 WAY LOCATOR:- The minimun draft angle of 4way locator 0.5 deg and the given part Green indicate 0.4 deg.

          3. HEAT STAKE :- The minimun draft angle of Heat stake is 0.5 deg and the given part  green indicate 0.4 deg. 

LOCATOR AND HEAT STAKE :-  2 4way Locator is here beacuse 3-2-1 principle method are using . One 4 way locator is parent and another locator is children and using transfar of coodinates.

 Heat stake using transfar  point to point.
