Week 10- Assembly Workbench

PROCEDURE FOLLOWED IN PROJECT

In both of the model QRMM & CV JOINT , there are common

steps . Some important steps are as follow :

1) Analyse the given 2D drawing ,isometric view and given dimensions.

2) For each drawing make it's position sketch and make sketch iso constrained and convert it

into solid body as per given dimensions.

3) In assembly workbench insert every part one by one ( Bottom Up Assembly Approach )

4) Fix the base part as per model

5) Provide different constrained and reduce DOF of different parts

6) After complete the assembly cross check the assembly whether it is correct or not

7) Save all parts and assembly by save management option

8) Create the 2D Drawing for each part and assembly
