Create the part model with the reference to the given drawing.

Open one by one by pressing existing part body then assemble it by using constrain.Assemble it in assembly work bench by pressing existing part .

Drawing 2

Draw the body Cav joint as per given drawing then save it seperate part file.

Open assembly workbench open the part by using existing Part then assemble it by using constraints.
