1. PRETREATMENT AND ED(Electro Deposition)Coating:- Preatrament removes & clean excess metal & forms an appropriate surface structure enabling bonding of a corrosion protection layer. It consists of cleaning the body surface to remove remaining oils from the staming process & welding residues And phosphate treatment applies with alkaline salts etc.to the inert layer of metalproviding resistance to corrosion spread
2. HEATING CHAMBERS:- Where the remaing droplets are been removed and overall body will be drained.
3. PRIMER COATING:-As the name suggests it is the one type of primary coating which is applied on BIW. It can be water-borne, solvent-borne, or a powder. The primer fills & smoothes minor imperfections.
4. COATING AND SEALANTS/PVC:- displays the lower door sections & rocker panel locations where PVC or urethanes are applied as an anti-chipping protection, this layer is applied to the front edge of the hood , which is an area prone to chipping shock, using a high elastic resin.

• Finally the Inspection takes place about PAINTS /WELDED AREA throughout the OEM.

Because we are using Many hazardous paints and different type of chemical coatings so definitely it will harms the environment but without these process our OEM is not complete in Under-Body Coating.
