Which is the process of paint bathing or ED coating (which is an adhesive process) to prevent the vehicle from corrosion(a major factor influencing deformation).

In this process, BIW(body in white) is mounted on the stand and it is immersed into the paint or any other process of coating which is immersed at a certain angle according to the requirement and availability

To avoid the other coating deposited in the car parts some holes are made to prevent it and while immersed the stand rotates the BIW to prevent deposition and apply the paint or coating in all the area
