Tool Test-2

due to geometrical constraints i had to compromise with some off elements at bolt hole region as shown in below.

after an attempt at de-featuring the element, ended up with distorted cad with dips and irregular hole shape.

 I would have gone with the below first pic with zero off elements but I asumed the hole is important to not compromise on it countersink feature and hole deformation.
