When element sizing of 4mm was applied , both of the models were failing for quality severely. As the min and max values for element size were given between 2mm and 6mm, element size of 2.5mm was applied for both of the models after doing a lot of trial and error, as this size was able to capture all the small features on the parent geometry without failing for quality a lot.
