Model 1:

It took 8 hours to complete this model because of its intricate geometry. The mid-surface is minutely captured w.r.t the time taken. 71 off-elements (2.32%) are present due to the areas having one or more than two feature lines. The PIDs have been assigned to all entities in detail with variations in thickness. Kindly check the list variables(PARAMETERS) section to see the thickness of all ribs, holes, plates, locators and main substrate.

Model 2:

It took 6 hours to complete this model. No off-elements but some small surface deviations in FEA of the model. Quality criteria and Mesh parameters values are attached with the main files.
