Tool Test 1

Model 1 has off elements at locations where it is unavoidable unless it is defeatured further, in which case features are being lost. Small rib features added for the stability are to be removed if off elements are to be removed.

Model 2 is not attached because the IGS file seems to have errors. The structure/model given is not closed model. Moreover, a lot of features contact points are missing. So, model is not submitted. I may be able to solve it after some assistance.
