Always keep this plan in mind as change in drawing may be required at this phase.

If two columns zone are overlapping in their footing area, Revision of drawing should be done in consultation to structural engineer.

In case property line is not perfectly aligned as per Geometry, then Comes the intelligence of site engineer to execute the work.

1. COLUMN SCHEDULING WITH R/F DETAILS:

This Drawing Contains the marking of FOOTING & COLUMN as per plan with Grid lines drawn to scale.

it carries the reinforcement Details of Footing with Specific Nomenclature.

Thickness of Sand filling, Cover of PCC Under & along(offset) the RCC course is mentioned along with necessary R/F details about the Ties, Main R/F bars of column (Starters), Ties spacing & its type.

Vendors drawing needs should be fulfilled to complete the Structural steel work for carrying out the lift movement.
