Roof Design

Manufacturing techniques: -

1 1. Design and Prototyping: Engineers construct intricate models of the vehicle using computer-aided design (CAD) software. The purpose of prototypes is to test and improve these designs.

2. Material Selection: Based on sustainability, performance, and durability, manufacturers select materials such as metals, polymers, and composites.

3. Metal sheets are stamped into precise shapes for the car's body and other parts in the press shop (stamping).

4. Body Shop (Welding): The structure of the car is formed by the welding of components.

5. Paint Shop: The vehicle's body is painted to provide a polished appearance and corrosion protection.

6. The engine, gearbox, chassis, and electronics are among the many components that are methodically put together in an assembly line.

7. Ensuring the car satisfies all safety and performance requirements requires thorough testing and inspections.
