Week 9 - Challenge 1 - Base Bracket Design

Draft analysis means to check the product manufacturing feasibility with tooling direction and sliders or lifers

Tooling direction means it is the dirction in which core nd cavity will be sepeated .an the fianl product will eject from mould.

Tooling direction can be created through first we need to check the component the holes or flat surface is there means we can give tooling direction on this because, the feasibilitu s there

take a point and then isolate it (not be dump) .

take a line commamd and give the point and direction and give some line thickness

then, do the draft analysis with minimum draft angle is 3 deg.and check the compinent is correct in tooling direction or not.

if every thing is good means we can join and proceed the next step.

Draft anlysis can be observe care fully here blue ,red and green coloresa re there

green color means it is ok to manufacture

blue color maens under cut will be there and not able to remove the product

red color means neutral.
