AIM: Reinforcement detailing of beam for Etabs output

procedure:

1.open the ETABS software and open the given link file and run analysis

2.click on the concrete design frame and check all the beams and columns get the

longitudinal reinforcing details

shear reinforcing details:

at the grid A mid span is fails due to exceed the shear force and torsion together exceeds maximum allowed.

* The possibilities of overcome this problem is three ways either increase the load or decrease the load, change the grade of concrete alone that span its increases the shear capacity

calculating the sway shear force from right and left sway:

span-2 at grid -3

grid-A continuous beam

provided the stirrups is 3 legged 8mm dia-bars and space is 100mm
