Final Project - 2:

Route the Wiring harness on Given car body and Prepare flatten view drawing in CATIA V5. Application of all Packaging rules, Industry best practices studied in this course shall be demonstrated in design. Apply Protection coverings to all bundle.

First of All to Download all requireed data from given data from Given Data and follow process which will follows in tutorials.

Here some parts use in the assembly of the Car Backdoor Wiring Harenss and see the All protection covering with pvc and flattening of Each bundle of Wiring Harness And also represent Drawing file of harness and all necessary data.

Here All parts will be define as an electrically and then make new product assembly as context assembly and make in the sub assembly as name as geometrical bundle assembly for backdoor or as save to requirement and save it .after doing that process in context assembly add backdoor and save it and in the geometrical bundle assembly and add all electricallly define parts add into that assembly and arreage to necessary to apply to bundle.make sure all components will make proprer arrangements according good visuliaze and shows better for understanding.

After Doing all process Geomterical bundle of tail gate select it and multibranchable and now start the routing of main connector to and make proper routing of each clamp and make sure give slack up to 5 %. if required as per requirements.

In the above image the wiring haress routing show in the image and its good to be understanding and how its actually looks like shown in below image.Here as hide of backdoor to show routing as good to see nicely.

After doing these all process will make sure to check continutiy of the prepared the bundle routing to check the go this window which images given belows and follow the process.for this window please type on keyboard   CLRT+F . 

This how to check continutiy of bundle segments of assembly and after doing all process give all bundle to pvc protection covering and move further to make new produts as flattening of given following bundle of harness and make sure hareness parameters will define correctly.
