Hybrid vehicle:

The hybrid vehicel with both engine and the battery can be modelled using the matlab.

Now we can simulate the model wiht the driver signals coming from the drive cycles.

The speed and the torque values are generated according to the need of the drive cycle.

The engine torque and the motor torque is shown in the above graph along with the gear command.

The above graph shows the crank shaft andthe motor torque and the sum of both .The sum is then fed to the transmission system.

The gear ratio and the minimum and maximum torque of the engine is shown in the above graph.The gear commands are generated acoording to the torque values.

The above graph shows the pump torque along with the transmission torque.

The above graph shows the torque values of the motor .The motor will be operated by the rngine as well as the battery in the hybrid operation.
