Mini Project - Vehicle Direction Determination

AIM : To Develop the model which Identifying the direction of the vehicle,Camera reads the road signs & stores into its memory with unique values for left turn, right turn & straight drive. Depending on the direction it is taking, final indication is given to the driver – as an indication if he is driving in the recommended direction or not.

Working Of Model or Concept behind the project which is developed.

--- The below model is developed for checking the direction of Vehicle in which three conditions are there 1. is the left turn of vehicle 2.is the Right turn of vehicle 3.is the straight drive of vehicle. And for this model two requirements (Subsystems) are there first vehicle turn status in which input is Steering Wheel YawDegree Input & output is Vehicle turn status in this subsystem input is compairing with Right Turn condition i.e 30 deg ,left Turn condition i.e. -120 deg & Straight drive i.e. 0 deg whenever driver decide to take any one of above condition it shows in output i.e. Vehicle Turn status. Here requirement 1 is fulfill and finally in requirement 2 (subsystem 2) there are two inputs First input is vehicle Turn Status is the output of the subsystem 1 & Second input is the Camera input road sign both are the compairing with each after driver took some decision if these conditons are satisfied then in output i.e. Vehicle direction Indicator shows 1 otherwise 0 display the indication infornt of driver.

Why i used Multiplexer block in model?

= Multiplexer block collect all the inputs which are present and convert in single output.

Steps for doing Requirements Traceability

1. Create the seperate word file and paste the both of the requirements in it.

2. Select the requirement 1 from word file and right click on subsystem 1 block and click on the requirement traceability option and click on link with to selction in word option.

3. like above requirement same procedure is followed for the requirement 2.
