Project 1-Meshing of Rear Wheel Holder challenge
Aim: The given component has to be meshed using the hypermesh with the following quality criteria.
Procedure:
1)Initially, the geometry cleanup is to be performed. To extract the midsurface of the geometry it should be a closed component, so it must be free from red edges (free edges) and yellow edges( more than two surface are joined).
2)To eliminate the unwanted edges; toggle, filler and rules commands are used.

3)Now the geometry is ready for midsurface extraction. So using the auto midsuface command (offset+planes), midsurface is extracted.

4)Again check for the geometrical errors if any.
5)Moving forward, meshing has to be deployed on the midsurface. During meshing, supress the construction line, feature line which are very closer (which can fail for minimum length criteria)
6)After deploying the mesh, mesh cleanup is done using the cleanup tools in the quality Index command.
7)As the meshing is completed, check to eliminate free edges within the mesh and assign the thickness to the midsurface by creating a property ID.

8)finally the component is meshed with the following quality criteria.
Learning outcomes:
1) How to perform the geometry clean up using the toogle command
2)How to avoid the free edges with the component.
Conclusion:
The given component is meshed properly with the given quality criteria.
