Project 1 - Meshing of Floor Panel

Objective:

Create proper mesh for the floor panel model following the quality criteria parameters.

Cad model:

Procedure:

1)Target length of 5mm is assignbed to the model and performed the topo operation on the complete model.

2)Firstly, geometry checks are done so that the geometry is good with zero errors for the midsurfacing part.

3)Secondly, midsurfacing of the model is performed using the manual option, by using the offset command with selecting feature option.

4)Later, as some of the feature angle is high, some were not selected, so seperatly midsurfacing is performed and stitching is done.

5)Before entering the meshing part, properting ID, mesh paramters and quality criteria is given to the model.

6)Finally, entering to the classic mesh module to generate the mesh for the floor panel model.

Conclusion:

Meshing for the floor panel has been executed by all the quality criteria and geometry checks.
