Forward vehicle model:

The forward vehicel model is made using the driver controller and the plant model.In the plant model the engine and the vehicel dynamcis block are made according to the needs.

The engine subsystem block is made using the speed and torques values and the predefined looku tables will give the require engine torque.

The vehicel dynamics block is made using the tractive forces acting on the vehicle .Using the forces we can calculate the velocity of the vehicle.

Now we can simulate the model wiht the driver signals coming from the drive cycles.

The above plot gives the relation between the engine torque,gear command,brake torque with respect to the time.The gear command changes according to the need and so the torque and the brake commands.

The above graph shows the fuel rate and its consumption.The blue line indicates the fule rate,it tends to increase steadyly as the rate increases with the time while the fuel consumption remains almost same as the time period considered is of very small.

The above graph shows the engine torque output from the engine block.The torques flutuates according to the desired velocity in the drive cycle.

The above graph compares the gear ratio along with the input torques and the output torque.The input torque seems to be of lower values while the output torques are of the higher value.

The speed and the torque values are generated according to the need of the drive cycle.
