PROJECT-01: Prepare a Plan to contruct a Bridge which will 6 days working calendar and WBS like Identify the Problem, Determine Constriants, Analysis of Design, Design Refinement, Implement Plan, Construction, Pre-streseed concrete, Final Step and Testing & inception.

• KEY HIGHLIGHTS

A- Create a Calendar:

We have created 2 calendar for this project.

1. Normal Calendar:

• 6 days workweek
• 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (10 hours work timing)
• 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (1 hour break)
• Total working hours = 9 hours

2. Task Calendar:

• 7 days workweek
• 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM (9 hours work timing)
• 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM (1 hour break)
• Total working hours = 8 hours

D- Create an Activity:

We have created the activity as per given in the question. We have assigned the calendar, predecessors and the resources. After assigning, we have evaluated original duration and budget total cost.

E- Practice Activity Code:

Add activity code to activity, for filtering out the activity which comes under the specific activity code.

F- Practice Resource Management:

After assigning the resopurces to activity > check the overallocation > if there is any overallocation > fix it with fast tracking or crashing method.

• FINDINGS

1- Find the total duration of project.

Answer: 257 days

2- Find total cost of project.

Answer: 2352377.78 rs

3- Find critical path of the project.

Answer: Red block and red lines represent the critical path of the project.

4- Draw the network diagram of the project.

Answer: Yellow block represents the network diagram of the project.
