Aim:

To apply the static process on T-section.

Note:

Units are in mm

Procedure:

• Select the front plane draw the t section and give the required dimensions.

• Now the Boss Extrude

• Now Boss extrude 80mm

• Now do the simulation command

• Create the new study and perform the static process

• Now apply the alloy steel(ss) to created body

• Now apply the fixtures

• Now give external load

• Now give the external load 200

• Now apply the mesh

• Now run the study

Hence calculated static process to designed body
